Jennifer’s journey into mortgage broking stems from her extensive background in loan processing, as a mortgage broking assistant, where she gained invaluable experience supporting clients from application through to settlement.

Her deep understanding of the lending process, combined with her ability to build meaningful connections, makes her an invaluable asset to the Everlend team.

Jennifer specialises in working with first-home buyers, finding immense joy in guiding them through this exciting milestone, right through to seasoned investors.

Joshua Young

Mortgage Broker

Josh brings over nine years of experience in finance and lending, with a strong background across client services, credit analysis, and mortgage strategy. Before joining Everlend, he worked at leading brokerages, supporting high-performing brokers and managing complex client portfolios.

With deep technical knowledge of credit policy, investment lending, and loan structures, Josh is passionate about helping clients make confident, well-informed decisions that set them up for long-term success. His calm, methodical approach and strong communication skills make the process feel clear and stress-free from start to finish.

Josh holds a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management, and brings a wealth of real-world experience from both Australia and New Zealand.

Mandy St Leger

A foundation member of the Everlend team, Mandy is known for making clients feel comfortable. Her ability to quickly smooth out any bumps and make the entire experience exciting and enjoyable is second to none.

Skills refined and sharpened during her 17 years as an Executive Assistant combine to provide each Everlend client with an unparalleled level of reassurance and support.

Meanwhile, her own passion for property is not to be overlooked – in her spare time, she has coordinated and executed 6 new home builds or renovations – and that first-hand experience gives her an even stronger connection with clients going through a similar process.

Leah Fagan

Leah is your friendly first port of call at Everlend!  From booking your first appointment to collecting key documents, Leah keeps everything ticking behind the scenes so your experience feels smooth, organised, and enjoyable.

With over six years of experience as an Office Manager and Personal Assistant, including time managing luxury superyachts and launching her own Airbnb business, Leah is the ultimate organiser and people-person!

Leah is passionate about delivering warm, professional service from day one. Whether she’s welcoming new clients or supporting the team’s daily operations, she helps create a seamless and positive experience for everyone who walks through our (virtual) doors.

Loreena Naidu

Lending Associate

Loreena brings a wealth of experience in financial advice, insurance underwriting, and client relationship management. Known for her tailored solutions and exceptional organisation, she ensures every client’s needs are met with precision and care.

A lifelong advocate for personal development, Loreena’s background in life and health coaching allows her to support clients with both financial and holistic guidance.

Originally from New Zealand, she recently made the jump across the ditch, to make Melbourne her home, allowing her to join the Everlend team, and we are thrilled to have her!

With a global background in finance, asset management, and client services, Dilshara brings a unique blend of precision and people-focus to her role as Lending Associate.

She supports clients through every step of the loan journey – preparing applications, liaising with lenders, and keeping clients updated. With experience at firms like PwC, TE Capital and BlueRock, alongside postgraduate qualifications in business and leadership, she brings a strong mix of technical knowledge and client empathy.

Known for her calm approach and solutions-focused mindset, Dilshara thrives on turning complex processes into clear outcomes. She’s committed to making each loan journey as stress-free and empowering as possible.

Olivia Barber
